Our customers can now directly view and place their own orders, view invoices and POD’s, and love receiving there automatic sign-off emails. The software runs in the cloud, and our customers, planners, and drivers always have access to their data.

We have been using Easy Trans for just under a year now and i would 100% recommend this product to any business that is in the Courier/Haulage Business. It has made our lives so much easier from creating orders to invoicing. We have saved hours on invoicing alone.
Customers can log in and up load their own orders or send via email and then once we have uploaded it to the system they then get a confirmation email of the order and once the order is complete they receive a delivery confirmation along with a copy of the POD and an electronic signature if required.
The drivers also benefit from the Easy Trans driver App. Orders are sent to their phone and they can keep track of all completed orders and what they have earned. Win win all round for everyone.
In august 2014, we switched to Easy Trans, to our full satisfaction. The adjustments we desire are executed quickly and without any problems. EasyTrans can be reached from all places because of the online platform. The online web order system is a nice functionality and makes a good addition to our service provisions.
