EasyTrans Software also offers an extensive API with which you can create connections yourself. For example, to automatically import customers and orders by using a link between your website and EasyTrans.
Through a connection between your accounting software and EasyTrans, you can easily export information from EasyTrans to your accounting package, or your accountant’s package.

EasyTrans Software offers several possibilities to connect external software with EasyTrans. This also applies to your customers’ software. Do you have customers who book a lot of transport orders? Then you can offer your customers the possibility to use the API’s of EasyTrans Software, with which a direct connection between EasyTrans and other software can be set up.
For example, new orders and/or new customers can be sent automatically from an order or ERP system to your Transport Management System EasyTrans. An example of this is a link with a webshop that allows you to automatically schedule a transport order for each item sold, or a registration form for new customers where the customer is directly created in EasyTrans.
The integration can be realised by using our APIs. These are programming interfaces that can be used to communicate with EasyTrans via a web service. The documentation of the APIs can be downloaded here. For the use of the APIs, the additional module connection External Systems (API) is necessary.
In order to realise connections via EDI between the Transport Management System EasyTrans and an external system, EasyTrans Software has developed a standard EDI base. With this (EDI) base platform we are able to help you in the development of a customised link. In consultation with you, we determine the requirements and possibilities of a connection between both systems. Of course we will assist you in finding the best solution.
Based on these consultations, our developers make an estimate of the number of hours and the resulting costs. After which, with the help of the EDI of EasyTrans Software, the link will be created.
For the use of the EDI, the additional module connection External Systems is necessary.
