The SMS module can be used to send short text messages to the sender or receiver of an order. For example, to send an ETA when the package will arrive. A button will appear next to the phone number field for each destination, which allows you to send the message.
A pre-defined text will be used, which you can adjust before you send the SMS. If you want to use a different standard text, we can set this up for you.
