EasyTrans is quite simply the answer the every courier’s prayers! It is an affordable solution that is quick and easy to set-up and run. It does what it says on the tin so to speak with a fantastic support team should you need it. My working week has become so much easier.
Our customers can now directly view and place their own orders, view invoices and POD’s, and love receiving there automatic sign-off emails. The software runs in the cloud, and our customers, planners, and drivers always have access to their data.

We knew from day 1 of our trial that this software for far better for our business, and switched over to EasyTrans immediately, and have not looked back. A fantastic product at a fantastic price.

We have been using Easy Trans for just under a year now and i would 100% recommend this product to any business that is in the Courier/Haulage Business. It has made our lives so much easier from creating orders to invoicing. We have saved hours on invoicing alone.

Customers can log in and up load their own orders or send via email and then once we have uploaded it to the system they then get a confirmation email of the order and once the order is complete they receive a delivery confirmation along with a copy of the POD and an electronic signature if required.

The drivers also benefit from the Easy Trans driver App. Orders are sent to their phone and they can keep track of all completed orders and what they have earned. Win win all round for everyone.

I would have no hesitation recommending EasyTrans Software to anyone.
We had been looking long and hard for an upgrade to our existing booking software and we were initially nervous in making a change, but EasyTrans has been a revelation. I would 100% recommend EasyTrans. I first used EasyTrans as a driver (driver app) and then the EasyTrans Transport System. It is so easy to use and saves time on Invoicing, input of orders and you can merge orders from different customers to one driver so they are not changing from job to job on the driver app, instead they have one page to load and unload from. Brilliant.

The Customer Service Team are fantastic too. Polite and always on hand for any queries. Great response time too.
