Create and send delivery notes, CMR, order list, shipping labels from TMS EasyTrans

Printing a CMR has never been so simple. Filling in the CMR is fully automated with the Transport Management System (TMS) EasyTrans and the CMR can be printed out in full immediately. In addition to a CMR delivery note, you can create and send various other transport documents from EasyTrans. When registering the transport order, you can automatically create the transport document with a few clicks. Naturally, the transport documents are customised to your own house style.

Besides being able to create and print transport documents for your own use, you can also send them by e-mail to the customer or carrier. Do you use the Customer Portal? Then the customer can also create a CMR or one of the other transport documents himself!

If you use the Drivers App, the driver can open the CMR or delivery note via the Drivers App.

CMR Full print

Purchasing expensive, pre-printed CMR forms is history. EasyTrans enables CMRs to be printed or sent by email in full. Printing a complete CMR has never been so simple. Completing the CMR is fully automated and created with just a few clicks, including the carrier’s signature if required. You can also send the complete CMR by e-mail to the customer or carrier.

The Delivery note and CMR that you create with EasyTrans contains a QR code with which a scanner can automatically recognize the order number. You can therefore combine the Document Storage module with scanning software to save documents directly with the correct order.

The CMR has been created according to the model of the World Road Transport Organisation (IRU) and is therefore a valid document for all countries that use the CMR.

The CMR is a legally valid document for transports at national and international level.
This feature is available in all subscriptions at no extra cost.

Delivery Note

When you create a delivery note, you will receive a separate page for each destination. The delivery note contains the loading and unloading address and the goods to be delivered for each destination. The delivery note can be signed by the recipient and driver.

If you use the Drivers App, the signature will be placed digitally on the delivery note. This digitally signed delivery note can be sent with the invoice.

Order List

An order list contains an overview of several destinations on one page. For each destination, a signature can be added for receipt. The order list is particularly useful if you have many destinations and do not want to print a separate delivery note for each destination.

Shipping labels

There are two options available for creating shipping labels:

Shipping labels (10x15cm)
These labels are suitable for a labelprinter with A6 size labels (10 x 15 cm).

Shipping labels (4labels on 1 A4)
These labels are suitable for printing on A4 sticker sheets with four labels per page.
