With the document storage module you can save documents with your orders. For example, signed transport documents, images, customs papers or an original order for your administration. You can indicate with each document whether it should only be visible for internal use or whether it may also be shared.
You can share the documents with your customers, for example by sending a proof of delivery with the invoice or delivery confirmation. And if you use a Customer Portal, your customer is able to view the enclosed documents immediately. Internal documents are obviously not enclosed with the invoice and are not visible in your Customer Portal.
Tip: There is scanning software available that you can use to directly save transport documents with the correct order. The Delivery note and CMR that you create with EasyTrans contains a QR code with which a scanner can automatically recognize the order number.
